Negative Nightly road construction made me staying awake till 3:30 am. Hotel staff couldn't even provide ear plugs nor offered a quieter room. No response to my complaints so far.

Positive I had a room round the back of the hotel adjacent to a side street, it was amazingly quiet for London and considering the main road outside the front of the hotel. Negative It is an 'Express' but the breakfast is really poor and the staff didn't seem well trained and were never particularly friendly.
