Evaluations of Holiday Inn Express EDINBURGH CITY CENTRE
This was a gem of a find. Straight across from the Playhouse Theatre it ticked all the boxes. Will definitely stay here again. Staff were efficient and extremely pleasant.
Tea coffee facility ok but only could make 2 cups not enough milk sugar, room was noisy from outside, thought it didn't reflect the cost of the night
Street in front is very busy 24x7. Get room facing back courtyard.
Breakfast crowds incredibly large. Coffee was poor, eggs abysmal.
I can't say anything nice about this hotel
Staff were rude. Hotel was noisy door banging all night. Bathroom flooded when u had a shower. Very disappointing.
The duvet is too short and barely comes up halfway
Very friendly staff and free wife
We got a room in the ground floor so we were affected by the noise in the street. It would have been much better if we got a room in a higher floor.
Everzthing was perfect!
Clean and functional, well arranged bathroom.
Hotel room in the basememt, close to the car park - noisy in the mornining when people getting into their cars. Bed not very comfortable.
Staff was pretty helpful. breakfast is served longer then some hotels! location was far enough away from the main city noise but close enough to get to the attractions & transport centers.
The Breakfast is more continteal then a true scottish breakfast. You can't order eggs etc.,like you can at some hotels The staff almost lost what I had put in the safe & had a hard time locating the package I placed there. They did not give me a card with my ´´safe´´ number on it or any proof that I had placed something in the safe.
