very much met my requirements, clean, warm and quiet . Good bed and bed linen so I slept well. Breakfast is adequate. I will definitely stay there again
The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful.Especially in knowing what events were going on and where to direct us.
We paid cash for our room and when we returned to the states and checked our credit card statement it had been charged twice for the room. We stayed on 8/24/12 and the problem has still not been resolved 8/31/12.
It was close to the airport and the free shuttle bus was very useful. The staff were very helpful and effecient
our shower was broken with the head of the shower coming off when water was turned on difficult to imagine how this was missed during cleaning in the bath

I waited for over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport.
They checked us into a room that had not been cleaned at 4:30PM and then switched us to another room. The shower water was scalding hot so they let us use another room to shower. It is a nice hotel near the airport but management needs improving.
An early morning call (6.30am) carried out by knocking and calling at an adjoining room completely destroyed our morning's sleep in otherwise perfect conditions.
I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. I was especially delighted to see the hotels commitment to environmental issues e.g. notices re towels and unnecessary replacement, the dove shampoo & gel dispensers etc in bathrooms.
Perhaps drinks & snacks were a little expensive.
Hotel did not charge me for the night I was a no-show according to their records.
Reservation was incorrect. I booked two rooms for one night, and the hotel had me down for 1 room, two nights. This was according to the instructions they said they had received from TravelRes.
