Evaluations of Holiday Inn Express & Suites GREENVILLE-DOWNTOWN
Location is great.
Room needs some maintenance. Bathroom is showing some broken tiles and missing a lamp cover. Shower needs a deeper cleaning,
Location is perfect for Greenville downtown area. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom tub/shower area in my room did not look clean at all. I wished I had my flip flops to take a shower. The "fitness center" had two treadmills, which is usually the case in hotels, but both of them were really worn out.One was completely out of balance and could not run on it.
Breakfast quality - Eggs were dry, apple was rotten.
Room 205 was very noisy, next to the elevator and a thermostat that sounds like a dripping faucet
Great location and good value for the money.
I was placed in a room with wheelchair access to the shower. As you can imagine this made a wet mess all over the bathroom floor. By the end of my stay I carpeted the majority of the floor with my towels. I did not request a handicapped room and will definitely verify that I don't get one in the future.
