Evaluations of Holiday Inn Express & Suites AUBURN HILLS
Mall and several eating options reachable on foot. Close to Continental sites in Auburn Hills. Large room, bed and bathroom OK. Always free water and coffee in the lobby. Coffee maker in the room
Two AC units in the room very loud and had to be shut off manually, because AC control unit was not connected. Breakfast available but would skip - Scrambled eggs made from powdered base, styrofoam plates and cups, plastic knives and forks. Had a coffee and ate breakfast elsewhere.
Very close to a huge shopping mall
Hotel is being renovated which will improve room quality.
wash toilet. size of the room.
carpet in the room old and dirty old furniture Breakfast not appreciable: dry eggs, plastic plates
Breakfast could have been better
Nice value, nice hotel, great value!
pillows were too large. They advertised pillows (soft and hard), but all pillows were large and hard.
Much more "high class" than the HIX I've stayed at before. Before I checked in, it seemed overpriced. But after check-in it was obviously a very high quality motel - slightly under-priced.
Parking was very limited near the front. Had to walk a long way up-hill to get back to the front. Access doors in the rear would have been helpful.
Liked the electric "do not disturb" feature. Enclosed evelevators cut some noise.Great mattress and pillows. Badea a nice feature.
Running feet in hallway and upstairs, interupted sleep, but we seem to find that most places. Only room enough for one chair.
Very good internet connection,
I dont like breakfest, no vegetables available , any kind of chees or ham.
