Evaluations of Holiday Inn CHICAGO-MART PLAZA RIVER NORTH
Location area, located in the chicago downtown, also i could walk to the connectory (CIbosch location)
overall look of hotel , not rooms
price too high old carpets old a/c no value for money spent
Location for the Chicago Connectory is great. You can walk without leaving the building.
Expensive for the value. You are paying for the location only. Did not use the restaurants or the fitness facility.
Fast wi-fi Convenient location to down-town facilities (INST, The Connectory)
Getting around the hotel itself is a bit cumbersome Pricey hotel restuarant
Room was a bit dated
Great room. Wonderful ambience in the hotel. TV service worked well.
The Internet connection was extremely unreliable. Also, upon arrival, I found some crumbs in the desk chair. A bit gross.
Very pleased with the hotel
Nice hotel in great location in downtown Chicago. Located right on the riverfront, you can easily take the train from Midway or Ohare to Clark Street, and you are basically one block from the hotel. The view from the hotel bar is awesome. The rooms are not flashy but perfectly acceptable. The price was much better than other more expensive hotels in the area. I did not use it, but the swimming pool appeared in good condition and even good for doing short laps
This is a nice hotel for any normal business traveller. It is not as flashy or impressive as the nearby Westin.
Excellent location with reasonable walking distance to all major sites (Sears tower, Magnificent mile, Millenium park, Navy Pier....). Excellent restaurant and very friendly staff.
As the hotel is in downtown Chicago, you can hear street noises, but it is not terribly discomforting.
Price is very good for loction (DT Chicago)
