Positive Friendly staff at reception and executive lounge, rooms okay, executive floor service includes daily laundry allowance (80CNY), free soft drinks at mini bar and free drinks in the executive lounge (6 PM to 8PM even a small complementary buffett at the exe Negative Service at restaurant and lobby bar not acceptable and after reasonable complaints the manager send a waiter to explain us the reasons for the poor service - 'too much to do'. Positive Rooms are clean, size is not luxurious but ok. staff at the desk and in front of the hotel is nice and really willing to help. you acutally can walk to the temple of heaven. (check my negativ critics as well.) All in all not a bad joyce, but the try to ch Negative you will be charged 250 rmb for breakfast for 2 persons!!! Quality of the breakfast itself is good but not worth half the price! For using the pool you need to buy a bathcap for 56rmb each!!! For using internet you will be charged 20 rmb per 10 minutes !!
