Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück ist nicht sonderlich umfangreich oder aussergewöhnlich aber ok und man kriegt eigentlich alles Wesentliche - leider nur Automatenkaffee, aber der ist dafür gar nicht so schlecht wie erwartet.

Das Hotel wird aktuell renoviert und die neuen Zimmer sollen im März/April zur Verfügung stehen. Die Bewertung erfolgt insofern für die alten Zimmer. Hier ist es mir schleierhaft woher die 4 Sterne kommen! Die Einrichtung ist wirklich uralt und spartanisch (vom LED TV mal abgesehen) und versprüht den Charm einer alten Jugendherberge. Das Restaurant wirkt wie eine Bahnhofskneipe - das Essen ist aber gut. Fazit: bevor die neuen Zimmer nicht fertig sind würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen, da es bessere Hotels für weniger Geld in Rankweil gibt.
