Tried to cancel my booking less than 24 hours after I made it. They wouldn't let me and I had to pay. Then they sent me a survey to see if I enjoy my experience??? NO!....Great location but there are other options. I will not go back

This hotel always is ready when you arrive. Rooms and service are good.
Location, inside the terminal
The first room I was gven was stinking of smoke. I was offered to have the room sprayed with anti-odors liquid (e.g. Febreeze) Then I was assigned another room and it did not smell of smoke, but the vicious small of that an-odor liquid was everywhere. I did not feel comfortable. I found several dark short hairs in the bedsheets, although apart of that they seemed clean. The deco is outdated andthe furniture a bit battered. Naor, a trainee at the reception was not very friendly. Should learn with his seniors. The price is too high for the serice provided.
Best hotel gym I have used anywhere, good location for a morning flight out of the airport.
On the more expensive side, but expected for Hilton Garden Inn at a major airport. Breakfast would have been expensive.
the check in was easy and fast
The training of employees needs to be improved. There was no explanation of how to use the elevator when I checked in // room keys are required to reach the desired floor. It took three trips to find this out by observing another guest. The check in clerk only knew of one of the restaurants, there were two, and the room had plumbing issues with the tub not draining and the faucet leaking so there was 8´´ of water in the tub when I checked in.
