Evaluations of Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Chicago Schaumburg
breakfast and dinner, quiet room -
pillows, and small selection on the TV
for one two nights absolutely sufficient
Check-in process took a long time
Bathroom dirty when arrived, a lot of hair in the floor. Refrigerator too much noisy. Small space for breakfast
Breakfast was good. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday an evening snack was provided.
The room key did not work at first. Then once I got into the room it had not been cleaned.
Very good price and central location.
This hotel is slowly declining every time I visit. Hotel staff did not follow through on request for fan in room. The halls need vacuuming, there was trash in the elevator, crushed cigarette in the floor. Kitchen door was open and food was uncovered and laying on counter twice when I walked by. Evening staff was more concerned about their social group than service and made it difficult to get to the doorway because they were standing around talking. Maid carts in the middle of the hallway, difficult to walk around. Very noisy, Made complaint about noise at 1am and nothing was done, lost 3 hours of sleep.
breakfast without Asia style. fan noise of air conditioner is too large. is it because American style?
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. On some days dinner was served.
Bed was a little unsteady and squeaked whenever I moved.
