Evaluations of HAWTHORN SUITES HOFFMAN ESTATE
I wil' never come back to this place breakfast place was dirty and all I could eat was a toast with nutella beds are bad noisy place ans moisy heat system
Great cost effective place to stay when traveling. Managers reception on Wednesday's, close to Big Box stores and restaurants, shuttle service.
Breakfast is typical for this property - quick and easy. Eggs, waffles, cereals, yogurts, juices, etc.
This hotel is being renovated and the current state of the hotel is quite poor
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym was small but the cardio devices worked fine.
The ´´all in one´´ gym needed some service to be fully operational. I think the TV in the room was the same model I had when I was in college in the late 90's.
Room was basically quiet except for room above from about 7:00PM until about 10:30PM there was a lot of what sounded like heavy foot walking which was annoying. Sounded like a Gym workout. Occasionally a thud sound.
Clean, large room, definitely designed for extended stay. If Club member, ammenities are above and beyond.
Housekeeping only comes once a week unless requested (included in Elux rate). Rooms are very dated.
I fine this hotel to be a very good value for the $. Clean, comfortable bed, high speed internet, good locale for business with Sears especially for ec\xtended stay.
Somewhat erratic temp controls in room.
Overall I had a good experience no complaints!
My room was facing the Tollway and there was much noise from the roadway. I found it necessary to leave the fan running on the HVAC unit all the time. The fan could have a slower speed as it moved alot of air and made me turn up the heat to compensate for the chill factor.
