The staff and comfort of the bed in this hotel cannot be beaten. I would definitely recommend this hotel outside of the holiday period. Due to demand then the prices for room only are expensive

Breakfast is £4 dearer than my allowance but that might be a company issue rather than the hotel, that s why I havent assessed it. As the price of a room is based on the demand, I tend to stay here after the summer when its back to normal pricing.

Great central location in the heart of the city. Staff are polite and friendly. Comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom.

Room was a little on the small side, but not untypical for a city centre hotel.

I stay here because of the location and pleasant staff. From first turning up, everyone is so helpful.

This is the only hotel where my computer will not pick up the WIFI. It is so frustrating

Staff are always friendly and helpful

I am now aware the sixth floor is the older rooms with less sound proofing. I was between a room with a family of small children and an enthusiast couple. So, it felt that as the enthusiasm finally finished, the children woke up and went ding! Mmmmm

Good welcome from josh on reception and the upgrade room. I also liked the £20 less we paid v the last company who placed bookings. I always stop here because of the feel of the place

Location of the hotel was brilliant. central to the pubs/ clubs seen & you can get on the tourist hop on/ hop off bus from the hotel entrance. there is over night parking for 16 Sterling which is good as it is a Valet & the car parking around the corning is 14 Sterling - only 2 pounds in the difference, The rooms are fab & spacious

price of breakfast was expensive but there are plenty other places around to eat.
