Evaluations of Harbour Ville Hotel
Maybe this is the very best price-quality rate in Singapour for a hotel. The quality not the top because of this, but absolutely acceptable with kind and present staff. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from the center or from the Sentosa Island’beaches (but naturraly in the Singapour’heat the walking is not easy ).
Good helpful staff.
Very very samll room, old building, limited option on breakfast.
complimentary breakfast offered, Monday to Saturday
The Hotel is rather tired and in need of an overhaul. The bedroom, which was booked as 'Superior Double Room' was small and cramped with no room even for bedside tables on either side of the bed. There was mildew on the walls and ceiling. In the intense heat of Singapore it is dificult to see the logic of turning the aircon and fridge off everytime the room key tag is removed on exit. Bathroom facility very basic with no curtain separating the shower from the toilet seat and no surface to put out toiletries etc.
transportation is a little inconvenient
Basic hotel // ideal for the budget-oriented traveller
Value for money the hotel is at the right level.
The website paints a better picture than reality. You get what you pay for and I chose to check out and pay more for better quality accommodation.
