Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Slow internet connection. Room right in front of the gym, therefore a lot of noise. Food was nice but overpriced.
I have stayed here many times, always when on business. My experience of the staff is positive and the ´´Pub´´ serves a good choice of beers and wines and the food is generally fine, though more expensive than local eateries.
On my last visit (May 2017) I had a room that was above the reception and open space foyer and during the weekend this was very noisy due to parties - even at 3am! I won't be having that room again.

The hotel was cancelled and the guest wasn't registered, but we had a confirmation from hotel.de. So, they make a mistake with booking. This is embarassing for the guest and for the assistant and not acceptable.
No robe and slippers in room. when I ordered it took 60 minutes and arrived with larger tear in it. Asked for hotel to book ride for me in the morning and it did not arrive. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. No variety of coffee available in restaurant.
Four weddings in one weekend meant Saturday night starring at the ceeling till 3am, strange that the management of the hotel would allow that.
