The people that work in there go out of the way to help, specially Chris.
The only thing I will write in here is The bathroom didnt have a fan so after shower it was dificultades to be there and do make up or hair.
Hotel/food etc fine but...see negative
I was from out of town and needed directions. Twice I called the hotel and two different staffers gave me directions which they prob thought was fine. I told them where I was. I was at the RBC Center. I was less than two miles from the hotel. I ended up driving more than an hour before finally getting to the hotel. I think the staff should have been informed of the area well enough to guide me better than sending me back on interstate. I got to room about 1230 a.m. Not good. The shower. All was well until the shower fell and cracked me in the top of my head. Loose I dont know. But the handheld shower as it is installed and that I did not touch fell and hit me right in the top of the head. Not what I expected. That was my visit. It could have been much better especially with my wife growing more and more impatient when we could not find the location, all the time it was right around the corner from us.
It was very easy to find and convenient to where we were attending our event.
