I'll not book this hotel again and no recommendation to other colleagues. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. After the first night several things have been missing from my room. After complained I got most things back before I checked out, with out my brand new versace perform 90ml. No responsibilities has been taken. The hotel manager has promised to take care and investigated on this point and will give me an feed back on date I checked out email. No information until now. During my 3 nights at the hotel. In the morning I could not get a flowing water from the shower. I solved this problem to take shower in the night.

Comfortable bed. Friendly welcome at check-in. Swimming pool. Quality of cooked breakfast items seemed to have improved compared to previous visits.

Lift not working. Rooms very shabby and need upgrading (décor and furniture). Very hot in room and had to have windows wide open - very noisy traffic.

Decent sized room, considering the late booking // relatively easy to find, on site parking.

No Air con, but fan supplied. Wasn't the worst heat, but think some rooms could get pretty uncomfortable depending on position relative to the sun.

Nothing. Chose another corporate hotel.

Room heater was not working the whole night. It was -2 degrees outside. You hear the standard comment ´´Heater is on timer´´ when you complain. Dirty bathroom. Bedsheets did not look changed after previous use. Hairdryer was faulty which was tagged broken about 1 year, 2 weeks ago

Breakfast was OK

heating in room not working, no great on a cold November night. Given a noisy fan heater, not ideal needed to sleep with a pullover on to keep warm. shower did not function properly and potentially dangerous. feedback from a manager/assistant manager was ´´apart from the shower and heating, was everything OK´´ - not very professional :-(
