Very friendly, great value.
from the check-in with Mr. Srivastava who allocated me very nice room to the concierge guys who were very helpful and courteous
Very nice location. The room was very spacious and modern.
The pool landscape was under construction. No information was displayed prior to confirm our reservation. The service at the remaining pool facility was very poor. The hotel informed us last minute (two days after confirmation) that the rate for the first night is 200% more then the original rate!

Events organised do not take into consideration the entertainment noise levels and therefore not sensitive to the needs of the hotel guest in terms of noise levels.
