On 8th of June 2007 this five-star deluxe Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam has proudly opened its doors in the monumental Shipping House in the heart of the city centre. It is a world of luxury and art offering 163 spacious rooms with high ceilings and large suites, all with up to date comfort and beautiful view to the channels.

Your room is provided with all amenities you may expect of a first-class hotel including, among other things, 2,10 m long king-size or twin beds (please indicate your preference in the booking form), mini bar, Nespresso coffee machine and tea kettle, direct-dial phone, free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel, 32 inch flat-screen TV with radio channels, trouser press, laptop-size safe, desk, sitting area, climate control, city map and newspaper in the mornings.

Stayed here for three nights the hotel has a great position staff are very friendly spa was fantastic after a long day of walking the rooms were very quite and to top it off had a complimentary mini bar defo stay here again

rooms could have done with air conditioning we stayed here in august it was really hot but in fairness the staff did offer us a fan

Friendly, accomadating, great service in all areas of hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

We ate breakfast in town because we felt the value was better but if you must have conveinence the the hotels breakfast is fine.

A magnificient building with a great location. Very spacious rooms and friendly staff. It is nice to see hotelrates including internet and wellness centre, but this hotel is including the minibar as well! Which is really cool!
