The four-star Hotel Goritschnigg has been in the property of the Goritschnigg family for over 110 years now. It is situated in the centre of Velden and can be reached via a small side road. Our house enjoys a central location opposite the casino, however, it also offers a quite and relaxed position. Enjoy the home-made products from our butchery. A free and hotel-owned parking space is also at your disposal.
All of our rooms feature either bathtub and toilet or shower and toilet. They provide a minibar, a cosy seating corner, satellite TV and a room safe. Moreover, the hotel offers free WLAN. From the rooms you can enjoy a view of either the feng shui garden or the small side road.
Breakfast is served on a daily basis from 07:00 to 11:00 a.m. (during summer also in the garden). We are happy to take care of special requests (earlier breakfast, meal packages)! Our restaurant Steakhaus Goritschnigg, which is 4 walking minutes away, is at your disposal between mid-April and mid-October. Here you can taste the best steaks and filets throughout Carinthia.
Visit the Strandbad Velden lido free of charge in the summer (beginning of April to end of September). Parasols, sun loungers and beach towels are available.
