Positive I arrived late at the hotel (at midnight). I called their number and they came to let me in. The room is very standard and it is in the real center of the city. Bed was comfortable, there was hot water etc so what else do you need just to sleep?

Negative On checking in at the hotel, my companion did not have a room. Although my booking clearly stated two rooms their was only one double available. My companion had to go to another hotel for the night.
