Positive The room and bathrooms were large, clean, well-lit. The staff were competent, pleasant, and helpful. Even had a fantastic and very large (!) piece of birthday cake for me, and lovely fruit juice. Negative wish the safe was a little larger to accommodate my laptop.

Positive Very comfortable, clean, nice facilities, excellent location, professionalism of staff. This hotel had everything I needed. Negative Personal preference for breakfast, I prefer more traditional coffee options instead of the nespresso pods. I would have liked to have a cappuccino not from a pod, but this seems standard for Geneva so it was fine. It's a minor complaint.

Negative Room was not great this time, bath was very small and hard to stand in, plus shower head was fixed at an odd angle. Would not recommend putting someone in the corn rooms.
