"Probably the location"

"Cleanliness, really old furniture and sheets. The toilet was in a room separated from the shower, and no isolation existed so every time I went to the toilet, it was freezing cold. Wifi Do not work besides in the lobby. The breakfast has no windows, in the basement floor and very poor. I would not recommend at all. A guest got stuck in the LIFT during the morning... No way..."

"* Unfriendly reception at the very start, a 100 EUR guarantee was requested to cover cost of mini bar. The mini bar comprised a ridiculous choice of one can of coca cola, a beer, a minature mineral water, nuts etc, value max. 10 EUR!! * no heating possibility in the WC! To use the toilet was like sitting into a freezer * heating in the room was completely turned off by cleaning staff. Returning in the evening to the room meant that everything was ice-cold, and took a lot of time to heat up the room to an acceptable level where you can take off your coat * take up the breakfast by yourself to the room on a tablet was first day possible, second day prevented by the completely unfriendly staff, which asked a service charge!! Why should one pay if you take it up yourself, and return the things back??? And not understandable that they allowed it on the first day. Then no more possible with reference to the rules and the director. * breakfast which was charged at a price of 9 EUR is not worth the value, you get a miniature croissant, for which you need a magnifier glass. For 4 EUR you get a giant sandwich at the bakery nearby Wagram metro station. * staff was incompetent in suggesting shopping possibilities as eg. super market nearby. * taxi service organized by the hotel was a rip-off - the agreed price to travel by mini bus to the airport was given as 25 EUR. 8 EUR had to be paid to the hotel, but the taxi driver asked not the agreed remaining price of 17 EUR but charged more - 19 EUR. All these negative points together - I can not recommend this hotel."
