Evaluations of Frankfurt Marriott Hotel
Great location. Friendly staff. Clean well appointed rooms. Fantastic business hotel as evidenced by how many business people stay there. Great breakfast options and two decent bars for relaxing in the evening.
rigidity in providing a solution to requests
Competent and friendly staff. Good breakfast.
There is a little noise from the lift(s) depending on the room you are in. This is not really a problem for e.g sleeping because I suppose during the night it's not heavily used.
There was a construction site next to one corner of the hotel so from 7 am there was annoying noise.
The hotel was great and had great amenities.
Breakfast was not included in the price and breakfast is absolutely too expensive. This seems to be the norm with European hotels. Also, each time I check into a Marriot they say they can't look me up in the rewards system. I find that strange and unbelievable that this can't be done. Also at check in I was told I would be provided free internet but I was charged.
There is only one available drawer in the room, I had to keep most of my clothes in the suitecase
Location is perfect. Food pretty good and rooms nice an quite.
Everything was at a high level of service. I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel.
Scenary from the room, good food
No bottled water inside the room, no slipper, Elevator waiting time is rediculous
Very clean room. Very helpful staff (each and every peron on the staff)
