Positive The Hotel was very well situated, comfortable rooms and very welcoming. Would certainly go again and recommend it to friends. Negative They had trouble with the heating and the public spaces were cold at times also the room had no heating for 24 hours (they obviously couldnt help these problems and heaters were available)

Positive very good hotel with central location not far from Abbey and roman Baths. In the vicinity there are 2 very nice restaurants, one of them Italian with very nice staff))) Sure will recommend this hotel to my friends! Negative no negative comments
