Positive Very central, clean and quiet. Right opposite of Port Authority which allows access to subway. Rooms are clean and quiet. Tip: Get a high room with numbers ending bewteen 1 and 4 (eg 1902)(you will have a great skyline view) Negative Midtown is in my opinion the ugliest part of Manhattan. In a street full of sex shops and the parol office (dogy charaters)

Negative Our room (18th floor; city view) was quite noisy due to the port authority bus terminal - as well as a parking structure - being right next door and sound insulation being less than perfect. Also, the bath room is quite small and does not provide much spa

Positive The front desk staff were very helpful and always greeted us when we went in and out of the hotel. Negative Based on previous experience staying at the hotel, we requested for a room whereby the air-conditioning would be less noisy. However, the air-con in our room was still noisy, almost competing with the noises outside the window.
