Evaluations of Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Valley Forge/King of Prussia
Hotel is far from SAP offices, also, some Hotel areas under remodelation and was not informed.
Breakfast was good for the level of hotel.
Hallways are dirty, rooms are not well cleaned.
Twice I informed the front desk that the toilet was i need of repair, I was told that someone did look at the problem. The issue with the toilet was not resolved before I checked out
Nice location to the Mall with places to eat and drink
30 minutes from the SAP office
Close to the King of Prussia mall
- Breakfast is served on plastic dishes. - Fresh fruits available at 06:30 - later they are empty. - Only one (pretty old) elevator. - 4 speed bumps on the way to the parking lot
Proper room and seamless check-in and check-out.
Far too expensive compared with the Crown Plaza directly next to it. Breakfast feels like a youth Hostel, plastic plates and cutlery, no fresh cooked meals, only pre-packed food and drinks.
The rooms are renovated, pretty new and clean. The Hotel is very close to the mall.
The Lobby area, the floors, elevator etc. is still old. So the first insight of the hotel is very bad until you reach the rooms (which are very good)
The elevator is very old and the carpet is very old and dirty
You can get in free to the Bally's next door with your room key! Also very close to Mall and Movie Theatre. Lots to do an options for dinner. 5 minute drive to MicroTek training facility (after you know the way).
Main door is locked after 11 p.m. and the person at desk didn't see me when I came to check in - so I was walking around the hotel in the dark trying to find an open door to get in. Room service from Crowne Plaza next door was poor - maybe just my choice, however, really bad.
Good location - can walk to mall and internally connects to Bally's facility. Nice selection for breakfast.
