Noise outside was too clear to hear in the room, didn't have enough restroom accessories (such as bath cap, tooth-brush, cotton pad, etc, the towel was too old

I stayed in this hotel for a week. They lost my taxi invoices during my absent, which I put on the table. Without any active support, they told me house keeper didn’t see it, and imply I may have lost it myself. I’m really upset about this hotel. I think you should remove it from your vendor list. The worst hotel experience ever. Never happened before.
Recently I stayed in F1 Hotel Manila for 3 nights(3/28/2019-3/31/2019). My reservation Number is 122838704.It's a nightmare! I totally did not satisfied with the service.Really bad experience. Not clean at all. 1. there are flies in the bedroom & living room. After 10 mins struggling ,I even caught one in the living room. I told the cleaning staff by claim letter on the table --no reply. I told a cleaning staff, he told me ´´it will be reviewed after my check out!´´ Attached you can find the fly on the calendar. There are some in the bedroom, I can not deal with it by myself. I stayed in the hotel for business convenience, not fighting for flies! 2. The sofa of the restaurant is dirty & even bloody. You can see in the attached picture, obviously big black & red mark on the surface. I asked the staff for assistance during breakfast time, they just ignore my feedback. Unsafe experience! 1. When I checked in, the reception forgot to return my passport. At around 12:30 midnight, I already went to sleep , someone rang my room bell. I'm so curiously for a while, hesitated to open the door. So late & so tired, but I had to open the door, finally someone retuned my passport without a ´´sorry´´. It's 12:30 pm --midnight, I can not sleep well at my 1st night. 2. On the last day, very earlier morning on 04:50 , living room phone kept on ringing ,I cannot sleep again. SO I had to come to the living room to answer the ring ,someone called for airport transportation by mistake. I ordered airport transportation on 16:30 pm in the afternoon, I told the concierge staff in person my booking time exactly ,and I called them again for the detail flight No & terminal. Unfortunately I was disturbed again in the very earlier morning. Can I sleep well? Not at all. I feel unsafe and unhappy. I send some complain in a feedback form on the table about fly, passport & dirty sofa , during my stay ,no body reply me. 11:00am( Mar.31) I told the duty Mgr. all these thing plus the wrong morning call ,she said nobody let her know about it, and she will report & let me know about the solution. I was requested to pay the booking price without any discount. Due to time pressure, I had to paid for the 3 nights bill with 5750.00 PHP per night. 16:20 pm (Mar.31) ,I came back for my luggage and try to meet the duty Mgr. The answer is no sorry and no further feedback or solution. I totally can not accept their bad service, and ask your assistance for proper deal the issue. I do need your involvement for the addressed issue. The rating for the F1 hotel is so poor!
Hotel staff are friendly. Plus point is the complimentary transfer between hotel and airport for your arrival and departure. Good enough for a business trip - after all you don't stay in the room all day.
Room lighting can be a little dim and walls/ doors thin - noise-reduction is not strong.
The staff are nice and helpful. I like this hotel.
