Evaluations of Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston at Logan Airport
I could not even get to check in at this hotel. At the check-in I encountered a very rude, untrained agent who did not even answer my greeting. When I asked another agent at the counter to see the supervisor, she pointed to the rude, untrained person and said ´´he is in fact the shift manager´´
Great Hotel!, one of my favorites in Boston.
The consierge and maintenance staff were very helpful, concerned and did what they could to fix the problems we encountered.
Unfortunately, we had to use the consierge and maintenance. In our first room (223) the TV didn't work. In 226 the thermostat wouldn't cooperate. Five dollars for internet. Every 10-room motel in every city has free wi-fi, but large hotel chains continue to charge for something that should be free. The following morning (4:10am) we were outside the hotel, ready to go to the airport. A van was available but we were told we had to wait until another party arrived. Twenty-five minutes later we left. We were told a shuttle leaves every 10-15 minutes. $320 for a hotel room is terribly expensive.
Friendly staff, frequent shuttles to airport & T station (though it would be a quick walk to latter, nice to have a ride in the frequent inclement BOS wx). Good to have free internet promo thru end of year for HHonors members, otherwise $9.95
same same breakfast every day...fuel ran out under the pancakes and waffles, stone cold. Other Embassy Suites will cook you eggs to order, but here is scrambled from the chafing dish, or omelette. Phone by bed didn't work, I moved the nightstand to see if it was plugged in...years worth of dust back there! Found out the hard way not to try to drive to street address of hotel, as there is a big gate across the street barring entry. Have to drive towards airport and follow the signs for hotels.
very nice hotel and very clean
I was very suprised by this hotel and the room. It was beautiful and fair for the price.
The staff gave conflicting information about the number of rooms available. They also were not very familiar with what services would be available in the area for dining and drinks. It was quite late. The bartender did sell us a drink, but no food and he was pretty rude.
I did not have the opportunity to try the Sports/Wellness + Breakfast
great location to airport, good value for money.
The Hotel was filled with high school kids - perhaps on a field trip. There was lots of hall noise and door slamming, I had to call the front desk twice. This is not the fault of the hotel - since they did eventually get it stopped
Proximity to airport and cost was excellent.
