Das Hotel wurde in 2013 saniert und neu eingerichtet.

Im Sommer kann das Frühstück, Kaffee und Tee wahlweise auf der Terrasse des Restaurants eingenommen werden. Das täglich geöffnete Schankhaus bietet eine breite Auswahl an Getränken, von exotischen Cocktails, über verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten - zubereitet in italienischer Tradition aus einer original italienischen Espressomaschine - bis hin zu Bier vom Fass. Hier serviert die Küche kalte bzw. warme kleine Gerichte und Kuchen.
Die Gäste des Hauses und externe Besucher können im Haus das gut bürgerliche Restaurant zum Abendessen aufsuchen. Der österreichische Küchenchef „Fritz“ bereitet tagesfrische Ware und erfüllt damit Gaumenschmaus für Genießer und Kenner gleichermaßen.
Bad Bentheim hat viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulinarische Kronen nicht nur mit der Burg in Bad Bentheim. Das Kurzentrum mit der Mineraltherme, der Bahnhof und die Freilichtbühne sind in wenigen Minuten vom Hotel aus zu erreichen.
