Positive Must highlight hotel staff, very pleasant and helpful! Parking (paying) is available not too far from the hotel, at a good price. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear people coming in/out - just Negative We arrived one day at 5 pm and the room was still not done. We complained at the front desk and they immediately apologised and tidied up the room. They apologised numerous times, so it was not a problem in the end!

Positive Clean, friendly staff. Negative I arrived late from a flight and did not expect that my room would have a single bed. There were also no towels in my room when I arrived. Reception sourced some for me.

Negative Since the room stayed is on the second floor closed to the street intersection, it's so noisy and once we asked whether there is the airconditioner, they said NO.
