Good location. Friendly staff. You have to love the warm cookie they give you upon check-in.
It's an old building. Bathrooms just a little run down. Ventilation system was loud but if you don't mind the white noise it may not be a problem for you.
Staff was friendly and competent
I filled out the form for the rewards/points program and was told that the card/application would be processed and delivered to my room. I have not received any information since and would like to know if I received any points or credit for my stay.
The service is outstanding, I need their help and they were very patient, friendly and supportive. I truly recomend the hotel because of the great service they provided.

There was a double-edged razor blade on the bathroom counter when I arrived. It's a good thing a family with children wasn't the next guests. The light in the entrance was burned out (second time in as many stays).
This hotel needs updating. There were things in my room that were in disrepair. Wall sockets were loose and the bathroom faucet assembly was loose.
Breakfast is great but pricey
Put the wrong Hilton Honors number on my receipt so I did not get credit points automatically. The desk clerk told me I needed to be a Silver member to get breakfast vouchers which I am but could show it because they got my Hilton Honors number wrong. Then told my co- worker who had her silver card that she need to be a gold member to get vouchers
