Positive The hotel was clean and well located Negative Reception closes at 9pm. I called in advance to arrange for the key to be left in a lock-box, as I was going to arrive late due to a delayed flight. When I arrived there was no key and the hotel was closed.

Positive the breakfast was surprisingly good and plentiful Negative the hotel would have scored higher if it wouldn't have been summer. The room was hot when the window was closed, or loud from the street when the window was open. It would have been a good value for money in winter

Positive Clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Negative Location not as central as booking information suggested (10 min walk from Munsterplatz), in an area that has few facilities (bars, restaurants etc). Very basic room, cramped and dark bathroom, limited hotel facilities generally.
