Very friendly staff. There was a problem with my bill in the end and they tried very hard to solve the problem.
Location is fairly close to Bosch office - approx. 15 minutes by taxi.
Hotel staff not courteous. They had no idea about my reservation done via Bosch-hotels. Room internet is the worst I have ever been through. Simple tasks were almost impossible. Value for money in terms of the room provided is not justified Breakfast spread not broad. Limited options.

Nice & new hotel, room quality & cleanliness is good. Sport/Wellness section is nice but quite small.
We were a big group of Bosch associates (10), Hotel staff was unnecessarily uncooperative! As we reached hotel, there were 3 staff, however only one has served, so we waited more than half an hour to check in. Though we complained they mentioned there is only 1 staff for it. On the last day, since we needed to leave very early the next day, wanted to pay in the evening (which is very usual at hotels). They refused it with irrational arguments. At the end they did it, but very unfriendly. At reception, they need to improve the service! At the restaurant & breakfast, there are very kind personnel, but some of them are also very ignorant and harshly.
Had a short stay - one night. Room was clean upon arrival. Staff was extremely friendly so overall no major complains.
- Room was noisy, despite being on the 7th floor I could still hear the streets dogs in the night // and - Internet speed was very bad. This is one area which really impacted my work and I would appreciate if the hotel could address it the earliest.
Flexibility of the front office staff in accommodating reservation changes
Serving staff in restaurant have limited English language capabilities.
In my previous stay Boiler was not clean and left with tea and tea bags inside.
