Positive Hotel uprgraded me to an Executive room as busy with no extra charge. My friends room was a good size too, and we all had a comfortable nights sleep Negative Air con very noisy in room, and it was too hot, but I think thats pretty standard for any hotel room!!!!!!

Positive Front desk personnel were excellent. We had trouble with our reservation coming through right away, but they got it straightened out anyway with no fuss. Excellent in Ll other ways, too, from providing tea to answering our questions. Negative It would be a better experience if WiFi were included in the rooms. We had an executive-level room, but would still have had to pay extra to use wifi in the room rather than working in the lobby every evening.

Negative the location should be listed as just north of J11 (hope it's the correct one)on the north bound lanes. we were using sat nav and it confused us for an hour or more.
