Positive Location is OK, a bit far from the Palo Alto office, the staff was generally nice and upfront about the room quality before I went to my room (so no surprises) and I appreciated the honesty a lot. Negative I had to reschedule my travel and was charged for the two nights I originally booked (which is fine). I called and informed the hotel that I would be arriving the next day because of a class cancellation. When I got there, they had given away my room, s
