Evaluations of DAYS INN MIAMI INTL AIRPORT
room was really big
room was stinky starts and landings of airplanes were really loud
the hotel room smelled really bad, the airport noise is very loud, had a very had time to sleep.
The room was adequate and a decent size. Other than that, I have few positive comments to make.
Forget taking the shuttle which is offered from the airport to the hotel. Other shuttles from other hotels came by three times before Day's Inn arrived, and that was only after I called the hotel several times. I began to wonder if anyoone worked there since I had to let the phone ring 14-15 times before it was picked up. Also, upon our arrival, we found no help or the mention that there were luggage carts we might use for our luggage. I want to add that our flight got in early, but it took so long for the shuttle that we got to the hotel more than 90 minutes after that. Add to this a very, very noisy on site restaurant/bar/dance place with barely average food, poor service, and a dreary ambiance with a breakfast the next morning that was barely better, and you have a hotel I would not recommend to anyone who was a friend of mine. Oh, and in case you think you are getting a free shuttle to the Miami Pier to catch a ship, forget it. There is a charge.
