Das Dalyan Resort ist nur wenige Gehminuten (ca. 250 m) vom Zentrum entfernt, liegt aber dennoch sehr ruhig in wunderschöner Umgebung direkt am Fluss von Dalyan. Es ist ca. 8 km vom Iztuzu-Strand entfernt. Minibusverbindungen in ca. 500 m Entfernung vorhanden. Transferzeit vom Flughafen Dalaman ca. 45 Minuten.
Das Hotel besteht aus drei Wohngebäuden mit insgesamt 58 Zimmern. Zur Einrichtung gehört eine kleine, im antiken Stil gestaltete Lobby, ein Innen- und ein Außenrestaurant, ein à la carte-Restaurant, ein Spieleraum, kabelloser Internet-Zugang und ein Konferenzraum. In der Außenanlage befinden sich ein Swimmingpool, ein separates Kinderbecken, eine Sonnenterrasse und eine Pool-/ Snackbar. Palmen im Garten spenden Schatten. 1 Tennishartplatz sowie Fitnessraum, Sauna und Hamam stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. In der Hochsaison gelegentlich Abendunterhaltung. Gegen Gebühr: Tennisbälle, Kanu, Massage, Haut- und Gesichtspflege.
Pool: Sonnenschirme, Liegen und Auflagen sowie Badetücher stehen am Pool kostenlos zur Verfügung.
