The facility manager was absolutely wonderful and went out of his way to help me. E.g. the room was too dark for me to work, no one was willing to fix the light and he went out of his way to find me a table lamp and several options of light bulb for me to choose from. He also helped me to find a special USB cable so I can hook up my printer and continue to work in my room. There was no business center in this hotel. The young men at the bar was a pleasure, always kind and curteous.

The staff on the front desk (the seasoned ladies, not the new ones, especially the one working on the morning of 16 Nov and the one working on the evening of 18 Nov) were terrible. They were very rude and would refuse to help me in any way. They made me wait for so long and gave me attitudes. The gentlemen at the front desk were fine. The hotel was really expensive for what it seems, more like a 2 star hotel. It was clean and spacious but NO amentities. No business related amenities, no health facilities, absolutely nothing other than the bare minimum. There was not even hot water boiler or coffee maker in the room!!! The desk was so high that I have to stand to work, which I don't particularly mind but when I had to work the whole day I was a bit tired. The worst is there was no light! The lights above the desk were disabled to save cost. If the customer service and the rate were better i would consider staying again.
