Evaluations of Crowne Plaza SHANGHAI
hotel locates in a very good place, easy to business centre Xu Jiahui
location is good, and wide range selection of breakfast.
a little old facilities in the bathroom
good place; good price.
equipment in bath room not good enough...
location is good, 10min walk to subway station
cannot transfer the breakfast to the next day, since I travelled as couple. Eventually cannot have breakfast with my wife during the whole trip.
I very much liked the bed and had a good sleep there. The room was quiet all night. They offer a comprehensive breakfast buffet with both Chinese and Western dishes. The staff was friendly and able to speak/understand English very well.
Nobody served me tea in the morning and I literally had to call the attention of the staff to me. I did not like the shower having no window and a shower curtain instead of a door, The bathroom was not that clean when I moved into the room. E.g. you could still see water stains around the basin.
The location is convenient while it is close to MRT line 10/11 station; Price is very good for choose, Swimming pool is ok even though it is small (15 meters long).
There is a smell and feeling of high humidity in the room; Light in the cabinet was always on. It was not repaired completely after call service. Waitress/waiter in the canteen during breakfast are with no smile.
After a long sunday sleep I woke up at 2pm, later came back in the room about 8pm still not made up room even when the hanger was out..
You have to get changed in the changing room then walk pass the common area in the gym to the swimming pool. Breakfast is bad. I sat in a corner. Nobody served me coffee. A staff even asked me to leave because the area was cleaned (but not fence to keep people from using).
Room is quite old, bathroom very old, shower was cold, shower inside the bath.
