Positive Because of the weather,we had to stay in the room alot and we were very pleased that we had chosen the Crown Plaza during our visit. Negative The $10 parking charge surprised us. We parked our own vehicle and because we stayed there we were surprised at the charge. No other hotel to our knowledge has ever charged us for parking. Thank you.
