Positive Friendly staff. Negative Rooms are not clean and it's very noisy during the night mainly because of the train that went by back and forth beeping the whole night.

Negative Desk staff reasssured me that when my computer and electronic illiterate spouse accidentally selected a movie, immediately calling the front desk, where the gal reassured him that it would be removed from the bill, when in fact, it was not. Negative if the cleaning crew could have cleaned up the dirty diper from the guest before me and if it would have had a coffee maker. Also the frt desk person could not have yelled at me for asking about parking.
