Bathroom seemed to be untouched at all, when i checked in, there was a short dark hair in my bathtub, when I was leaving - it was still there.Once i forgot my key card inside the room, it was in the morning and after breakfast i came to the reception to get a new one. The receptionist asked for ID, but i left it inside the room, then he asked what's my name, company(which is okay), and last he asked for the last 4 digits of the credit card!!(i mean, it is okay not to trust people, but seriously, last 4 digits!!), i was wearing breakfast cloths and had nothing with me, it didn't seem like i entered the hotel just to break in in somebody's room. Very dissappointing moment. Breakfast was very poor, seems like repair costs were recovered through breakfast.Next time i am in King of Prussia - i will book another hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable
There are renovations that are happening and they did not inform guests when booking. Breakfast and the seating thereof did not make sense, too overcrowded and lack of options The shuttle to SAP used to leave at 9am, which did not make sense as a workday starts at that time. The fridge in the room made strange noises at night, eventually had to switch it off
noise during the night inside the hotel / heavy noise when others are leaving their room in the middle of the night. noise level of heating/ air conditionning in the room
I got a 10hours flight and i agreed to come back at 4pm for the checkin Then they gave me a room where people were having personal items in that room. I had to wait til 7pm to get another room.
Its location next to the Mall and relative close to my office is very convenient. Service of the hotel's reception, restaurant and bar is good and friendly!
I could not shut off the AC and this was annoying both because of the cold air (in wintertime) and the noise. Too bad we cannot just open a window for fresh air.
Very good breakfast, very friedly staff
no safe availabale in the room, noise from floor and adjacent rooms
I liked the ability to use the fitness center, the on-site shuttle and the proximity to the surrounding amenities and attractions.
The walls are EXTREMELY THIN // you can hear the guest in the room about you while he/she is using the restroom. The rooms were moderate. The lighting in the long hallways was not inviting. Through observation, my bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned before my arrival and during my stay. There was hair on the shower curtain from the previous guest.
The breakfast variety was excellent.
Do not use the mugs or glasses in the rooms without washing it yourself. I discovered lipstick stains on the coffee mug in my room and it never got replaced or cleaned.
