Evaluations of Crowne Plaza PHILADELPHIA - KING OF PRUSSIA
I got a 10hours flight and i agreed to come back at 4pm for the checkin Then they gave me a room where people were having personal items in that room. I had to wait til 7pm to get another room.
Its location next to the Mall and relative close to my office is very convenient. Service of the hotel's reception, restaurant and bar is good and friendly!
I could not shut off the AC and this was annoying both because of the cold air (in wintertime) and the noise. Too bad we cannot just open a window for fresh air.
Very good breakfast, very friedly staff
no safe availabale in the room, noise from floor and adjacent rooms
I liked the ability to use the fitness center, the on-site shuttle and the proximity to the surrounding amenities and attractions.
The walls are EXTREMELY THIN; you can hear the guest in the room about you while he/she is using the restroom. The rooms were moderate. The lighting in the long hallways was not inviting. Through observation, my bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned before my arrival and during my stay. There was hair on the shower curtain from the previous guest.
The breakfast variety was excellent.
Do not use the mugs or glasses in the rooms without washing it yourself. I discovered lipstick stains on the coffee mug in my room and it never got replaced or cleaned.
Staff was great
Shuttle service and proximity to restaurants
The plumbing was noisy, and the sheets were scratchy. The real issue was the Desk Clerk did not want to provide me with a room receipt as the room was prepaid. As you know all business travel needs to be receipted so this became an unnecessary issue.
Good cleanliness and perhaps value for money. Good wifi connectivity as well.
Breakfast had limited options, e.g. no real variety of cheese or cold cuts. This can be important for business clients who have typically long days at work.
The rooms are very nice, new, comfortable and extremely clean. Good proximity to the mall and restaurants if you are there for a few days.
The only negative is the noise level. I could actually hear the sound a key makes when it releases the lock of other guests from inside my room - let alone doors slamming as they close and anyone walking by. Also I was in a rush at breakfast which I am sure many are and I ended up getting up to get my own coffee and no one was there to make eggs or anything.
Excellent place to stay, really enjoyed it. Very close to the King of Prussia Mall and convenient
Breakfast was OK, a bit too basic
