Hotel location
Evaluations of Crowne Plaza GRAND RAPIDS - AIRPORT
The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.
I didn't use the wellness center // nor did I have breakfast in the hotel.
Hotel room was very quiet. Plenty of towels in the bathroom.
Room smelled musty. AC was old and didn't do much in the way of air exchange. Bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter landing. Elevator was ridiculously slow. Mattress was concave and needs to be replaced. Hotel is dated.
Location to visit location
Rooms are noisy as walls are very thin and can hear in other room. Group staying at hotel caused noise late at night (had to call the front desk about)
Clean friendly
Toilet ran from time to time at night and woke me up several times
Good value. Close to airport.
Rooms were a little small.
I would not recommend having dinner in the hotel restaurant
The quality of the cable was greatly lacking. It would freeze and then eventually shut off all together.
I could hear a decent amount of noise in my room. It wasn't an issue at night thankfully, but when I came back to the hotel and tried to take a nap after work I was unable to due to talking and bumping noises.
Very friendly staff, especially the van driver from the airport. Wheelchair accessible room was one of the nicest I've been in for quite some time with only one small deficiency - no soap holder in the shower.
Dinner was mediocre and not enough food for the money. The wait staff wasn't the best (dinner only).
Proximity to supplier was excellent. Friendly staff
Bathrooms small and a little dated
