Very comfortable, nice bar and very clean. Good room amenities.
it was very good so no complaints.
Fire alarm activated during stay, was advised it was being investigated and presume everythng is ok so can return to room. There did not appear to be many other residents that had evacuated during the alarm.
Nice rooms, good bed & a great bath! Generally staf were nice & helpful.
One of the reception staff came over as quite rude but a collegues jumped in to save her. There was only one staff running the bar, I waited over 10 minutes to be served. I felt it would have been nice for her to acknowledge me & ask me please wait.
There is nothing more I can say apart from my above comments, everything about our stay was first class, only wish I had been staying longer. The hotels location is excellent, close to all main roads and far enough outside the city

In the room I had a scale... which is not usual to find in hotels. I like that.
The practice of blocking a certain amount on a client credit card does not look justifiabe by all means. Upon check out time, I prefer that no ´´frozen deposit´´ be left. It does not effect my ratings, but I surely keep it mind when making a decision for the next stay or when recommending the hotel to others.
