Evaluations of Crowne Plaza CHICAGO WEST LOOP
Great hotel. Very nice and friendly staff
area perfect in center of chicago
Staff was friendly and able to help with all of my questions.
Elevator stopped on wrong floor and wouldn't move, so I just used the stairs the entire time.
Easy accessibility, Very good Breakfast
nothing in particular
No exec lounge
Nice hotel, easy walk to downtown destination (1 mile)
Way too expensive - $464 for one night. I know there were a lot of events downtown, but that is ridiculous.
centrally located, price point not bad for a downtown chicago hotel
Dining room not particularly well regarded. Hotel reception staff suggested eating somewhere else. And so we did. it was fine for breakfast, but wasn't a choice for any additional meals given the commentary
Very clean and nicely equiped hotel.
The rooms were excellent, comfortable and inviting. The location was one of the best! I will definitely try to stay there again.
The major negative was the hotel staff at the front desk. They weren't very accomidating and somewhat unfriendly...which was interesing for everyone else in Chicago seemed very friendly.
A totally pleasant stay from the valet parking people to the lady that cleaned the room.
