Evaluations of Crowne Plaza BERLIN - POTSDAMER PLATZ
Nice hotel, very friendly staff
Location was good, Fitness room was good and also I liked that there were always some refreshments in the room.
Breakfast was poor for this type of Hotel. Cleanliness could be better. Typical Hotel for a one time visit.
Cleanliness and room quality
20-30 minutes walking distance to the train/metro.
Free charged Wifi
Breakfast was included in the price but not registered correctly for three days in their registration. I craimed for three days. Dinner was wrongly charged. I refused and finally it was confirmed ´´wrong´´.
Nice room. good but not great location
I did not book at the Crown Plaza. My booking on Hotel.de was with Wyndham Grand Berlin Potsdamer Platz. Since the booking was only 3 weeks before my stay, notification of this change of stay caused some confusion after a long day of travel. Only one person at the check in desk. With the customer in front of me having difficulties, that meant it was a long wait. The manager should have come out a lot quicker and only came out when the check in attendent did not have authorization to make the change. I was given a room for a mobility impaired person. I hope they had plenty of extra such rooms for anybody who came after me but there is no indication on my profile that I need such assistance. I did not consider it a benefit.
Brand new hotel - we were upgraded to suite which was fabulous and it was very quiet and is close to Anhalter Bahnhof station, 1 stop from Potsdamer Platz. Great!
No business center yet, and had to pay for wifi in room.
