Positive Updated, nice rooms, friendly staff Negative Reservation showed it included Breakfast. Checking in they stated the rate did not include breakfast. This happened to two German colleagues as well. The hotel accommodated our breakfast for this visit. Bosch-Hotels needs to confirm negotiated rates with

Positive Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice restaurant and bar. Fog free mirror in shower to shave. Multiple channels of HBO and Cinemax. Reported a slow tub drain which was fixed the same day.. Negative Had to request breakfast coupons.

Positive Breakfast is excellent and the only think I like. Negative 1)very few staff at reception. 2) NO Water Bottles in room atleast 1 complimentary water bottle is required when customer arrives at room. Need to search of water as no one is available at reception. 3) Basic kit is required like Tooth Paste. 4) Towels
