Positive This is the second time I have stayed at the Crown Plaza and It is a pleasure to deal with your staff as they are very helpful and efficient. A great breakfast and the beds are very comfortable. Negative It is a great shame that the rooms, common spaces and especially bathrooms are so old and would need a good refurbishement. My shower head nearly fell off.

Negative Had a room on 1st level (room 111) for disability customers and next to traffic (shuttles) and the elevators also did not feel safe as single women travelling alone had a room right next to front desk I felt that anybody could see me entering my room perh
