I love that you can use the LA Fitness Center while using this hotel. And it is close to the office, but not too close. And plenty of places to eat. Also very convenient to the airport.
Air conditioning was hard to regulate - room did not get very cool.

exercise room didnt open until 7am - it is impossible to work out at 7am - and make anything less than a 9am meeting. It sould open at 5 or 6am.

Hotel has a fire alarm system issue. 3 of last 4 stays there were false alarm fire alarms that went off in middle of night. Kitchen/buffet has been shortstaffed. 14 dirty tables. Plastic dishes due to broken dishwasher. No bus help. Room had mildew damage. Bed shot, pillows very tiny and no support.
I like it here since it is a nice place and is quite convenient to some of my favorite restaurants.
Two of 3 days there were not many USA Today papers to go round. On the first morning that there were none available, the clerk at the desk said that they must not have ordered enough papers. I guess that same thing happened the second day since there were none to be had. They had plenty of Wall Street journals. Also, the lack of morning staff that handles the breakfast area is terrible. They have only one woman who has to clean tables, fetch coffee and any special orders, keep the line up-to-date and prepare the checks. The poor lady was so overwhelmed Thursday morning I was ready to tell the clerk at the desk to get her some help. This is horrible service. The Courtyard Marriott in Devon, PA has 3 people who handle the morning rush. Very bad service and not the single lady's fault. She did her best to accomodate everyone.

My rewards no. was not in my reservation at the hotel, although my print out had it on it.... Rates in general appear to be high.
This trip did not happen and so I can not eveluate. The trip was canceled
