Positive Location is great, close to city centre for shopping and also close to main drinking and eating areas such as Broad Street. Breakfast is good and parking on site very convenient although at a cost. Staff very friendly. Negative TV did not work which was a bit of a shame but they cancelled our parking fee for this. Rooms are quite small and decor is badly out of date.

Positive The room was clean although a little too warm and the staff were helpful. I did not opt for Breakfast as was a very late night and I preferred to sleep in. Negative Ok... this is probably not the hotel fault entirely but.....Access! An absolute nightmare. Drove 8 times around Birmingham cirty centre in a downpour trying to find a way to get into the Hotel which was surrounded by a cacophony of roadworks and diversion

Positive good location,near china town.compare other same level hotels, this is cheap. Negative this hotel has limited car park spaces,and when we live in this hotel, the entrance of road is closed. The worst thing is very old decoration and facility,toilet and sink not working
